Job summary

Wesco's Associate - Supply Chain Leadership Development Program is a 24-month rotational program designed to prepare you for a Supply Chain role within Wesco. You will work directly under the supervision of a Supply Chain leader and receive a peer mentor.

The program includes four, six-month rotations through DC/Branch Operations, Category Management, Inventory, and Supply Chain Electives such as Transportation and LEAN, with Advanced Analytics and Sustainability & Supplier Diversity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or business field; graduates within 12 months.
Strong technical and analytical skills; organized and interpersonal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Prior internship in business-related field.
Experience with industrial distributor, contractor, or supplier.
Ability to travel 0–25%.

Responsibilities

Complete four, six-month rotations through core supply chain functions.
Rotations include DC/Branch Operations, Category Management, Inventory, and Supply Chain Electives; Transportation, LEAN, Advanced Analytics, Sustainability.
Receive mentorship and supervision from Supply Chain leaders; progress to a full-time role on program completion.
Participate in Orientation, Mid-Year events, and Graduation at the Pittsburgh HQ.
