Job summary

Mary Kay Inc. invites driven students to join its 10-week Mary Kay University summer internship program in Human Resources. The internship offers hands-on, real-world experience across Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Global HR Operations, Employee Engagement and HR Analytics.

Participants gain exposure to global HR strategies, collaborate with teams, and develop skills and professional confidence while contributing to meaningful projects at our Addison or Lewisville locations in Texas.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree and enrolled in an accredited university program at the time of application (full-time undergraduate or part-time/full-time graduate students). Rising juniors and seniors preferred.
• Preferred Degrees: Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business, Psychology, or similar

• We offer a 10-week internship from late June to Mid-August.
• All our internships are paid, starting at $20/hour.
• Our internships are Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, and require an in-office presence 4-5 days per week.
• Our internships arelocatedat our Global Headquarters in Addison, TX or our Manufacturing/ R&D Facility in Lewisville, TX.
