Job summary

Mary Kay Inc. is offering a 10-week Summer Internship in Information Technology at our Addison, TX or Lewisville, TX locations.

The program provides real-world IT experience across business functions, with hands-on projects and collaboration across teams. Interns work Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with opportunities to engage in Business Analysis, Application Development, Project Management, Digital Analytics, Security Operations, and Global Digital Tools.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree and enrolled in an accredited university program at the time of application (full-time undergraduate or part-time/full-time graduate students). Rising juniors and seniors preferred.
• Preferred Degrees: Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, Data Science, or similar

• We offer a 10-week internship from late June to Mid-August.
• All our internships are paid, starting at $20/hour.
• Our internships are Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, and require an in-office presence 4-5 days per week.
• Our internships arelocatedat our Global Headquarters in Addison, TX or our Manufacturing/ R&D Facility in Lewisville, TX.
