OurIndependent Beauty Consultants (IBCs) are at the heart ofour success. Our Sales Force Support teams work behind the scenes to equip, engage, recognize, and inspire the independent sales force across our global markets. From creating meaningful events and experiences to developing programs, communications, resources, and recognition initiatives, these teams help providethe independent sales forcewith the tools and support they need to succeed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree and enrolled in an accredited university program at the time of application (full-time undergraduate or part-time/full-time graduate students). Rising juniors and seniors preferred.
• Preferred Degrees: Communications, Hospitality, Event Planning, Marketing, Business, or similar

• We offer a 10-week internship from late June to Mid-August.
• All our internships are paid, starting at $20/hour.
• Our internships are Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, and require an in-office presence 4-5 days per week.
• Our internships arelocatedat our Global Headquarters in Addison, TX or our Manufacturing/ R&D Facility in Lewisville, TX.
