Job summary

Mary Kay University offers a 10-week summer internship designed for undergraduate and graduate students. You will work on real projects across business functions, gaining mentorship and hands-on experience at our Global Headquarters in Addison, TX or Lewisville, TX.

The program pays $20/hour with a Monday–Friday schedule and 40 hours per week, in-office presence 4–5 days weekly. As an intern, you will contribute to meaningful challenges, develop storytelling and content skills, and build

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree and enrolled in an accredited university program at the time of application (full-time undergraduate or part-time/full-time graduate students). Rising juniors and seniors preferred.
• Preferred Degrees: Public Affairs, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or similar

Program Details

• We offer a 10-week internship from late June to Mid-August.
• All our internships are paid, starting at $20/hour.
• Our internships are Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, and require an in-office presence 4-5 days per week.
• Our internships are located at our Global Headquarters in Addison, TX or our Manufacturing/ R&D Facility in Lewisville, TX.
