Job summary

Mary Kay University is a 10-week summer internship program designed to give undergraduate and graduate students meaningful, real-world experience across a variety of business functions. Your ideas matter here, and as a Mary Kay intern, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, solve real business challenges, and build skills and confidence.

Internships are paid at $20/hour, run Monday–Friday with 40 hours per week, and require in-office presence 4–5 days per week.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergrad or master's degree; rising juniors/seniors preferred.
• Preferred degrees in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support finance and accounting teams on real projects across Tax, Reporting & Analysis, and Operations.
• Assist with data collection, reconciliation, and financial reporting tasks.
• Learn cross-functional business processes within Mary Kay Finance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree and enrolled in an accredited university program at the time of application (full-time undergraduate or part-time/full-time graduate students). Rising juniors and seniors preferred.

• We offer a 10-week internship from late June to Mid-August.
• All our internships are paid, starting at $20/hour.
• Our internships are Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, and require an in-office presence 4-5 days per week.
• Our internships arelocatedat our Global Headquarters in Addison, TX or our Manufacturing/ R&D Facility in Lewisville, TX.
