Job summary

Mary Kay University offers a 10-week summer internship designed to provide undergraduate and graduate students with meaningful, real-world experiences across a variety of business functions. As an intern, you’ll contribute to meaningful projects, tackle real business challenges, and build the skills, relationships, and confidence to help shape your future.

Internships are paid, starting at $20/hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule (40 hours/week) requiring in-office presence 4–5 days per week at

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree and enrolled in an accredited university program at the time of application.
• Rising juniors and seniors preferred; STEM majors listed above are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Internships are paid, 10 weeks long, late June to mid-August.
• In-office presence 4–5 days per week at Addison, TX or Lewisville, TX.
• Real-world projects across R&D and business functions.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and support product-related initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree and enrolled in an accredited university program at the time of application (full-time undergraduate or part-time/full-time graduate students). Rising juniors and seniors preferred.
• Preferred Degrees: Chemical Engineering, Data Science, Science, Chemistry, Biology, Sensory Science, Life Science, Microbiology, or similar
