Job summary

WSFS Bank is offering a 10-week Summer Internship in Technology Project Management to ambitious College students. You will support the PMO with project planning, meetings, reporting, and process improvements, while developing a capstone project under a PMO Manager guidance.

The program provides hands-on experience across bank departments, executive exposure, and opportunities to network, volunteer, and learn from mentors. Top performers may be considered for continued employment after completion.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Business-related or related college major preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one full year of college by May 2027.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in-person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with status reporting, documentation management, and process improvements.
• Develop presentations and reports; present capstone project at program end.

Technology Project Management - Intern will support the PMO in coordinating technology initiatives through project planning, meeting facilitation, status reporting, documentation management, process improvement, and the development of presentations and reports. Working under the guidance of the PMO Manager, the intern will gain hands‑on experience in project management, including risk and issue tracking, stakeholder communication, governance processes, and industry best practices while completing assigned projects and tasks. The internship also includes developing and presenting a capstone project and opportunities to support additional Technology & Operations initiatives, providing broader exposure to the bank's business and technology functions.

Salary Range

$18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job‑related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
