WSFS Bank invites ambitious college students to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program. This 10-week, paid internship offers hands-on project work, mentorship, and exposure to leadership across bank departments, with opportunities to build skills in risk, continuity planning, and project management.

The program includes development resources, volunteering, and potential for continued employment. Interns will work with professionals, gain real business experience, and contribute to initiatives

• Must have completed a minimum of one full year of college by May 2027 and have reliable transportation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site in WSFS Bank locations and participate in interviews and orientation.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.

We are seeking ambitious, high-performing College students with a strong interest in pursuing a career in financial services to join the WSFS Bank 2027 Summer Internship Program. This paid, 10-week internship provides a dynamic and engaging experience featuring meaningful project work, one-on-one mentorship, executive exposure, professional development opportunities, volunteer initiatives, networking events, and collaboration with fellow interns.

Interns will gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside industry professionals and contributing to real business initiatives across a variety of bank departments. Business Continuity of Operations - Intern will gain real experience with the execution of BC/DR training and exercise activities in addition to experience with risk and control analysis. The opportunity provides shadowing, mentoring, and training opportunities with subject matter experts in the field of emergency management and business continuity. This will allow the intern to gain skills in process implementation, disaster recovery and business continuity, collaboration and project management.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A business-related or related college major is preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary Range:

$18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
