We are seeking ambitious, high-performing College students with a strong interest in pursuing a career in financial services to join the WSFS Bank 2027 Summer Internship Program. This paid, 10-week internship provides a dynamic and engaging experience featuring meaningful project work, one-on-one mentorship, executive exposure, professional development opportunities, volunteer initiatives, networking events, and collaboration with fellow interns.

Interns will gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside industry professionals and contributing to real business initiatives across a variety of bank departments. This is an exciting opportunity to build your skills, expand your professional network, and explore rewarding career paths with one of the region's leading financial institutions.

Corporate Communications - This internship provides hands-on experience in corporate communications, supporting content creation, media relations, social media management, and internal communications initiatives. The intern will research and write thought leadership articles and blog content, assist with developing social media content, monitor engagement, and support media outreach efforts through press releases, media tracking, and coverage reporting. Additionally, the intern will contribute to the Planning Perspectives Podcast, internal communications, assist with special projects and events like the development and production of long-form audio and storytelling content, and provide administrative support to help ensure the efficient operation of the Corporate Communications team.

Growth Marketing - This internship provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate financial services marketing environment. The intern will play an active role in supporting the team across various marketing functions. You will contribute to meaningful projects that enhance the WSFS Bank brand and support our strategic growth goals.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A business-related or related college major is preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must be able to participate in this full‑time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid‑August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary Range:
