We are seeking ambitious, high-performing College students with a strong interest in pursuing a career in financial services to join the WSFS Bank 2027 Summer Internship Program. This paid, 10-week internship provides a dynamic and engaging experience featuring meaningful project work, one-on-one mentorship, executive exposure, professional development opportunities, volunteer initiatives, networking events, and collaboration with fellow interns. Interns will gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside industry professionals and contributing to real business initiatives across a variety of bank departments. Governance, Risk and Compliance

– Intern will assist with risk assessments by identifying, analyzing, and evaluating potential risks, maintaining risk registers, and supporting mitigation strategies. Help monitor compliance with information security regulations and standards through audits, reviews, and policy maintenance. Contribute to the design, testing, and remediation of internal security controls while providing support for GRC projects, including data analysis, reporting, documentation, presentations, and dashboard development.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with the intention to return to your studies following the internship experience.
• Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027.
• A business-related or related college major is preferred.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary Range:

$18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs. In addition to base salary, WSFS Financial Corporation (WSFS) and its subsidiaries may offer eligible Associates discretionary and formula-based incentive and retention awards.
