Job summary

CareSource is offering a 12-week paid summer internship focused on Member Experience and Insights. Interns will support CAHPS survey efforts across Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace, consolidating results and identifying trends.

You will work with cross-functional teams to implement insights and present findings to leadership. The program provides mentorship, access to former interns who moved to full-time roles, and opportunities to engage with leaders.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support CAHPS survey efforts across Medicare, Medicaid and Marketplace.
• Consolidate survey results to identify trends and areas for improvement in member and provider experience.

• Prepare and present findings to stakeholders including senior leadership.

We offer a 12-week, paid summer internship program for college students who want to separate themselves from the pack. The program offers:* The opportunity to work on projects that truly impact the company* Journey-to-the-Job seminars with CareSource leaders to network and learn about their career paths* An assigned mentor and access to former interns who earned full-time positions with CareSource* An opportunity to test what you have learned and discover where you want to go* The satisfaction of working with smart and motivated people while building new skills **Essential Functions:** * Intern will support our CAHPS survey (Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) efforts across Medicare, Medicaid and Marketplace* Review and consolidate CAHPS survey results to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement in member and provider experience. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
