Job summary

WSFS Bank invites ambitious, high-performing College students to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program. This paid, 10-week experience offers mentorship, executive exposure, professional development, and collaboration across bank departments.

Interns will gain hands-on experience by working on real initiatives, with opportunities for continued employment upon successful program completion. In-person orientation and on-site work are required for this internship in Wilmington, DE.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one full year of college by May 2027.
• A business-related major is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be available for in-person orientation and on-site internship days.

Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to projects across multiple bank departments.
• Engage in mentorship and networking events with leaders across the organization.
• Present on projects, research, or operational activities within an assigned area to Senior Leaders.
• Gain hands-on experience by working on real business initiatives during the 10-week program.
