Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist team members in monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting truck fleet management systems and software platforms.
• Gather and consolidate operational data from various truck systems, databases, and reports for analysis.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Assist in creating spreadsheets, dashboards, and automated reporting tools to streamline team workflows.
• Evaluate current team processes and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance productivity.
• Help document software features, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices used by the Truck Systems & Software Support team.
• Work with other departments to understand how truck systems impact broader business operations.
• Support the team with special projects and assignments as assigned by management.

Requisition Summary

Peterbilt Motors Company, a PACCAR Company, has an internship for students currently enrolled in college. This opening is for a Truck Systems & Software Support Intern to add to our Resident Engineering team in Denton, Texas.
