Job summary

Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, invites college students to participate in the 2027 Wealth Management Summer Internship Program. This paid internship offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership across wealth management departments.

Interns will support retirement plans with reporting, documentation, and analysis, while gaining real-world project exposure and a team-based capstone presented to senior leadership. Rising seniors only, on-site work required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a business-related college major (preferred).
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one full year of college by May 2027.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in-person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending in mid to late August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• This role includes providing administrative support and delivering a high level of client service.

We are seeking driven and high-performing college students with an interest in financial services to join the WSFS Bank 2027 Wealth Management Summer Internship Program. This paid internship offers meaningful, hands-on experience, professional mentorship, exposure to senior leadership, collaborative project work, volunteer opportunities, and valuable networking experiences.

Salary Range

$18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
