Geek+ is seeking an Associate Quality Engineer for our new Atlanta manufacturing facility. You’ll join a team on the shop floor, helping to build a robust quality system as robots move from parts to production.
The role emphasizes hands-on inspection, failure investigations, and data-backed problem solving in a fast-moving robotics environment. You’ll work with manufacturing and design teams to establish control plans, test procedures, and supplier quality processes.
Location: Atlanta, Georgia — onsite
Open for all students graduating before July 2027
Geek+ is a robotics and AI company specializing in AI-powered logistics solutions. Founded in Beijing in 2015, we have grown into the largest independent logistics robotics company in the world, with operations across the globe. Our North American headquarters in San Diego, California, and our innovation center in Suwanee, Georgia, drive our continued growth in the United States, Canada, and LatAm.
We're now building our first North American manufacturing facility in Atlanta, and we're looking for an Associate Quality Engineer to help make sure every robot that leaves it works.
Plain and simple: we're a team of geeks who love technology and teamwork. We work together to meet any customer need, we celebrate our wins, and we learn from our misses. The only thing better than seeing a customer's operations improved by our technology is seeing it happen at scale. We're biased toward action, we get things done, and we think differently about how technology gets applied. We support each other and we're empowered to win. Our strength comes from our different backgrounds and perspectives.
Every robot we ship goes into a live warehouse and is expected to run for years with minimal intervention. As an Associate Quality Engineer at Geek+, your job is to make sure that's what actually happens.
You'll work alongside our quality and manufacturing engineers to build the quality system for a brand-new factory — inspection criteria, test procedures, defect tracking, supplier issues, and the data that tells us where problems come from. You'll spend real time on the floor: inspecting builds, investigating failures, and digging into why a part didn't fit or a test didn't pass. Because the plant is new, a lot of what you touch won't exist yet, and you'll help write it.
This is a role for someone who notices the thing that's slightly off and wants to know why. If you're excited about robots and want to learn quality engineering on real hardware, we'd like to hear from you.
