Geek+ is seeking a Deployment Engineer to drive on-site deployments at client sites across the US. You will plan, coordinate, and execute hardware installations, lead contractor crews, and ensure robust testing and readiness for system integration.
The role emphasizes hands-on hardware work, problem-solving, and training customers and partners. Willingness to travel up to 80% and work with cross-functional teams is essential.
Open for all students graduating before July 2027
Location: GA/Remote
Geek+ is a robotics and AI company specializing in AI-powered logistics solutions. Founded in Beijing in 2015, we have grown into the largest independent logistics robotics company in the world, with operations across the globe. Our North American headquarters in San Diego, California, and our innovation center in Suwanee, Georgia, drive our continued growth in the United States, Canada, and LatAm.
As our installed base across North America grows, we're looking for a Deployment Engineer to get those systems live at customer sites and keep them running.
Plain and simple: we're a team of geeks who love technology and teamwork. We work together to meet any customer need, we celebrate our wins, and we learn from our misses. The only thing better than seeing a customer's operations improved by our technology is seeing it happen at scale. We're biased toward action, we get things done, and we think differently about how technology gets applied. We support each other and we're empowered to win. Our strength comes from our different backgrounds and perspectives.
As a Deployment Engineer at Geek+, you own what happens on the ground at a customer site. You'll coordinate every aspect of a robotic system deployment - planning the onsite work, leading the contractor crews who execute it, preparing and validating the hardware, and troubleshooting whatever the site throws at you. You'll work closely with project managers, supply chain specialists, service program managers, suppliers, and the customer's own operations and IT teams to make sure the system configuration and the site dynamics actually line up.
This is a hands-on role for someone who knows AMR hardware deeply and would rather be at the site than reading about it. If you're excited about robots and rolling out complex systems, we'd like to hear from you.
