The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America in Plano, TX offers a paid 10-week Summer Internship designed to immerse you in the daily life of a global financial services firm. You will engage in projects that affect the business, interact with senior leaders, and collaborate with interns across offices.

Our 2027 Summer Internship Program is a paid 10-week learning experience where you will be immersed in the daily environment of a thriving global financial services company. You will gain invaluable industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments, in addition to engaging in projects that directly affect our business, interact with senior leaders in conversational settings, and network with employees and interns across our offices. This 10-week internship provides you with realistic experiences and information of what it is like to work at Guardian. Internship Dates: The internship program will run from Thursday, May 27, 2027- Friday, August 6, 2027. Have direct exposure to working with sales teams including being out on sales calls with veteran sales representatives. Have the opportunity to work and learn from supportive leaders, mentors, and team members across the organization who will help coach you as you develop your professional career. Salary Range: $20.00 - $35.00. The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
