Ford Motor Company is seeking high-potential graduates for the Finance Career Foundation Program (CFP). The three-year, rotation-based path builds finance expertise through challenging assignments, mentoring circles, and networking events.

You will gain exposure to financial planning, forecasting, and business partnering while developing leadership and analytical skills in a dynamic, global company. This hybrid program starts with strong onboarding and ongoing professional development.

As part of our Career Foundational Program (CFP) pathway, you will discover unmatched opportunities to turn your higher education into real world experience with challenging competency-based development. The Finance Career Foundation Program is an integral component of our commitment to employees’ long-term personal and professional development. This three-year program will build a strong foundation for your future Ford career through exposure to diverse aspects of the business. Throughout your three rotations, you will grow your finance expertise, develop business leadership skills, and expand your social and professional network through mentoring circles and networking events.

In this program, you will address authentic business challenges and ideate creative and meaningful solutions for our business partners, all while developing skills that will help set the foundation for a successful career. Our rotations are thoughtfully curated based on the exciting things happening as we transform into Ford+. As career development is an important cornerstone of Ford Finance, you will continue to develop skills such as:

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Undergraduate Seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance or related degrees or 2nd year MBA candidates with fewer than 3 years of finance or related experience
• Must be available to start full-time work before September 2027

This position is a range of salary grades 5-7 and ranges from $65,100-$144,900.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
