Job summary

Ford Credit in Dearborn, Michigan, United States, seeks a qualified Corporate Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting Team. You will gain experience in financial reporting, U.S.

GAAP and IFRS policy, treasury accounting, marketing and sales accounting, and Financial Services accounting. Responsibilities include performing accounting and financial reporting tasks, supporting projects, researching technical guidance, and driving automation with data analytics.

Qualifications

• CPA license (or Chartered Accountant) with Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting or auditing, with a focus on financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, particularly related to debt, consolidation, and cash flow.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) and Sarbanes-Oxley (S-Ox) compliance.

What You’ll Do

You’ll have

This position is a salary grade 7 that ranges from $86,600-$144,900. or This position is a salary grade 8 that ranges from $99,100-$166,200.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate’s skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
