Ally Financial is launching a Risk Early Talent program designed for recent graduates to build leadership skills within financial services. The two-year program offers two 12-month rotations in Independent Risk Management (IRM), developing technical and professional competencies through structured experiences and coursework.
Participants will gain exposure to technology, data risk, market risk, credit risk and more, with in-person start dates and a base compensation discussion.

Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. The Risk Early Talent program is designed for highly motivated college graduates with a desire to utilize their degree to further develop their leadership ability within financial services. This two-year program offers two, 12-month rotational opportunities within the Independent Risk Management (IRM) function, which is responsible for independently reviewing risks, and providing credible challenge to business line management of risk and systems of control. The attraction, retention, and development of top talent through the program, prepares individuals to be future leaders of Ally. Through the program’s curriculum and designed experiences, the analysts will develop strong technical and professional competencies to be successful within Ally’s IRM organization and across the company more broadly.
