Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Responsible for Ally's critical data assets, including key business data warehouses and analytics and reporting platforms. In addition, EDA is the driver of Nucleus, Ally's transformational enterprise data warehouse to develop an integrated data and analytics ecosystem, leverage data as an asset, and position Ally for accelerated revenue growth and innovation.

From network services to server management, the ETA team ensures enterprise‑wide technology operates smoothly and efficiently to provide an always‑on experience. Provides an optimal technology experience for Ally’s external customers and internal stakeholders, with a focus on cloud acceleration/engineering, AI ops, and self‑healing technology. ETA skillsets and needs spans multiple career tracks with a high focus on problem‑solving, efficiency management, requirements gathering, and cross functional collaboration.
