Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. - ETA: Enterprise Technology & Architecture From network services to server management, the ETA team ensures enterprise‑wide technology operates smoothly and efficiently to provide an always‑on experience. Provides an optimal technology experience for Ally’s external customers and internal stakeholders, with a focus on cloud acceleration/engineering, AI ops, and self‑healing technology. ETA skillsets and needs spans multiple career tracks with a high focus on problem‑solving, efficiency management, requirements gathering, and cross functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Must be graduating between July 2026 and June 2027.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or other relevant field of study.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrates learning agility, analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills and technical acumen.
- Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
- Previous tech internship experience or relevant tech project work is preferred.
- Extracurricular activities/leadership experience is preferred (student organizations, volunteering, sports, part‑time roles, hackathons, etc.).
- Exposure to AWS is preferred.
- 0+ years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- High school Diploma or GED equivalent.

Base Pay Range $80,000.00 - $80,000.00. An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
