Successful interns may return to Ally through an Early Talent Program or another internship opportunity, with potential for a full-time role upon graduation.

Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role’s specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. Details: Internship Program Timing: May 25, 2027 - July 30, 2027 40 hours each week with a mix of in‑office and remote working days Project based work Market competitive hourly compensation and a sign‑on bonus, as well as financial housing assistance for those who qualify Successful interns will have the opportunity to return to Ally in an Early Talent Program or full‑time role, or to a second internship, depending upon graduation timing.
The Skills You Bring. Required qualifications. Program Eligibility: Must be graduating between December 2027 and May 2029 Rising Junior or Senior (during the time of internship) in a full‑time undergraduate program. Major/Course of Study: Open to all majors. Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrates Problem‑Solving, Initiative, and Learning Agility. Available for the full duration of the internship program. Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company now or in the future. Preferred qualifications. Previous internship experience or relevant project work is preferred. Extracurricular activities/leadership experience is preferred (student organizations, volunteering, sports, part‑time roles, etc.). Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Experience in managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks. Interest in learning about business operations, risk, and internal controls. Minimum Qualifications 0+ years of experience High school Diploma or GED equivalent.
