Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible; you will work unusual hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Commitment to work at least 70% of our 2026 Season Home Schedule & Stadium Events.
• Will endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions sometimes require outdoor work.

RedBull New York (“RBNY”) are one of 30 teams in Major League Soccer (MLS) and one of the league’s ten original charter clubs. Founded in 1996, RBNY has competed in MLS since its inception. POSITION SUMMARY

Premium Services Representatives are the face of The New York Red Bulls and Sports Illustrated Stadium. They provide game day customer service to all guests including our premium members and partners. As a Premium Services Representative, you should always be able to provide accurate information about the arena, have a natural sense of empathy, and express an inner desire to help others have a more positive experience. You will assist fans in all ways possible. Together we will champion the goal of providing the best game day experience in the New York Tri-State area!
