You will source, engage and manage exceptional technology talent across specialist markets, building strong candidate relationships and guiding the recruiting process from interview to offer.

Working alongside experienced consultants, you’ll help deliver outstanding results for clients.

Candidate Consultant – Technology Recruitment

$50,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Outstanding Benefits

We're looking for an ambitious Candidate Consultant to join our growing Boston team.

Working alongside experienced Business Development Consultants, you'll focus on sourcing, engaging and managing exceptional technology talent across specialist markets. You'll build strong candidate relationships, manage the recruitment process from interview through to offer, and play a key role in delivering outstanding results for our clients.
