Acceler8 Talent in Boston is seeking a Graduate Level Recruiter to join our technology recruitment team. You will source, engage and manage exceptional tech talent across AI, ML, hardware acceleration, and quantum computing markets, guiding candidates from interview through offer.

You'll work with experienced consultants, build strong relationships and contribute to outstanding results for clients. This is a fast-growing niche with award-winning training and uncapped commission potential.

We're looking for an ambitious Candidate Consultant to join our growing Boston team.

Working alongside experienced Business Development Consultants, you'll focus on sourcing, engaging and managing exceptional technology talent across specialist markets. You'll build strong candidate relationships, manage the recruitment process from interview through to offer, and play a key role in delivering outstanding results for our clients.
