Job summary

Soliant is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support a K-8 charter school in the Philadelphia area. This contract-to-hire position focuses on delivering occupational therapy services to students to support learning and participation.

You will collaborate with teachers, families and professionals, assess student needs, and implement targeted treatment plans. The role requires PA OT certification and an accredited OT program, with strong documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania educator certification is required.
• Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program is required.
• Experience in K-8 or charter school OT settings is preferred.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT interventions for students individually and in small groups.
• Assess student needs and create targeted treatment plans; monitor progress toward goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
• Consult with teachers and caregivers to promote classroom participation and independence.
• Maintain records and documentation in line with policies.
