Avangrid's 2-Year Local Rotational Program offers recent graduates exposure across the organization through three rotations over about two years. Participants work on projects that support safe and reliable energy services, building technical, business, and leadership skills.

The program includes mentorship, networking, and cross-functional collaboration to prepare for long-term careers within Avangrid. Positions may be located in Connecticut, New York, Maine, or other Avangrid locations based

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT/EE/Data Science or related field.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work from assigned Avangrid locations participating in the rotational program.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and solve business or technical problems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in team environments.
• Strong communication across cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across technology, analytics, digital, and operational support functions.
• Support data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, and performance measurement activities.
• Assist with digital transformation, automation, and technology improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams on project assignments.
• Evaluate data and system information to support operational decision making.
• Contribute to governance, cybersecurity, and technology controls as applicable.
• Support process improvement efforts to increase efficiency.
• Engage in professional development, mentoring, and leadership learning opportunities.
• Participate in cross-functional team projects and networking activities.
• Build experience across multiple technology and analytics disciplines.
