Avangrid's 2-Year Local Rotational Program offers recent graduates exposure, experience, and engagement across the organization through three rotations over about two years. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT/Eng/DS or related discipline.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work from assigned Avangrid locations and collaborate in teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across technology, analytics, digital, and operational support functions.
• Support data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, and performance measurement activities.
• Assist with digital transformation, automation, and technology improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams on project assignments.
• Evaluate data and system information to support operational decision making.
• Contribute to governance, cybersecurity, or technology controls as applicable.
• Support process improvement efforts designed to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Engage in professional development, mentoring, and leadership learning opportunities.
• Participate in cross functional team projects and networking activities.
• Build experience across multiple technology and analytics disciplines.
