Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking a driven individual for the Sales Leadership Development Program Associate role in Minnesota. You will rotate through sales functions, gaining exposure to dealer enablement, channel development, product line sales, and field sales.

The program emphasizes leadership, business acumen, and high-impact experience across multiple locations. Upon completion, you may transition into a full-time sales position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business with emphasis in Sales/Marketing or related field and graduation between Aug 2026 and May 2027.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Willing to work 40 hours/week starting Jan 11, 2027 or Jun 14, 2027; U.S. person eligible to work.
• Willing to travel/relocate for rotations and daily commuting reliability.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytic, and self-motivation skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in two-year Sales Leadership Development rotations to build core business and leadership skills.
• Transition into a full-time sales-related role based on business needs and performance.
