Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an experienced MIG/TIG Welder with hands-on Cobot programming to join our Mentor, OH team. This full-time, direct-hire role requires welding expertise across carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, plus Cobots programming and blueprint literacy.

You will program and operate collaborative welding robots, set up equipment, and collaborate with Engineering to develop fixtures while maintaining quality and safety in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with and programming Cooper Cobots.
• At least 5 years of MIG and TIG welding experience.
• Experience welding carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and weld symbols.
• Experience using measuring tools, including tape measures and calipers.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate collaborative welding robots.
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Fabricate metal components according to blueprints and technical drawings.
• Set up welding equipment, fixtures, and materials.
• Work with Engineering to develop welding fixtures.
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
