Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years programming and operating Cooper Cobots
• At least 5 years MIG and TIG welding experience
• Welding aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel
• Ability to read complex blueprints and weld symbols
• Proficient with calipers and tape measures
• Strong craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail
• Reliable with consistent attendance
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and program collaborative welding robots to optimize production
• Perform MIG/TIG welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum
• Fabricate parts per drawings and blueprints
• Prepare welding materials, fixtures, and machinery
• Collaborate with Engineering to design welding fixtures
• Finish welds with angle grinder smoothing
• Operate automatic saws to support fabrication
• Ensure product quality through inspections
• Maintain safe, clean production area
