GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead II to supervise warehouse operations, train staff, and ensure accurate inventory and timely orders. The role supports a fast-paced environment and requires hands-on management of processes and safety procedures.

You will oversee daily tasks, enforce policies, and promote exceptional customer service while coordinating with the warehouse team on performance goals and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach warehouse employees, review workloads and assign tasks.
• Oversee processes to ensure inventory and orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Use a warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
