Qualifications

• 4+ years in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• 2+ years supervising hourly employees or front-line supervisors.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); Exacta experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the 1st shift operations team with leadership and oversight.
• Act as the senior on-site operational leader during opening hours.
• Escalate operational, inventory, customer service, and employee issues.
• Partner with HR on workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and retention.
• Train, coach, and develop team members and supervisors.
• Conduct performance reviews and development planning.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Oversee staffing and labor allocation based on demand.
• Maintain proficiency in WMS and related technologies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
