Job summary

Phase2 Technology is hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler in Shepherdsville, KY. This role involves handling paperwork, scanning, and maintaining production standards in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $20.13/hr with benefits from day one, including profit sharing and tuition reimbursement. Prospective candidates must be 18+, able to work various shifts, and pass a drug test. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Successfully pass a drug test and background check.

Pay

Starting at $20.13/hr. Plus, earn two pay raises in your first year and earn more per hour for speed and efficiency.

Work Schedule

• Sunday-Thursday work week, with Friday and Saturdays off
• 1st Shift – 7:30 AM to finish (shifts may vary based on work volume)

• A part of automated distribution center; handle paperwork, scanning, and pick lists.
• Stand on feet for entire shift and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Work according to production and efficiency standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English.
• Successfully pass a drug test and background check.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Provide resume or at least five years of work history to ensure timely review.
