Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a Monday–Friday 1st shift in Bolingbrook, IL. The role involves selecting cases and containers from warehouse racks, loading them on pallets, and preparing orders for shipment with an electric pallet jack.

Daily duties emphasize safety, efficiency, and quality standards. The position offers competitive pay ($20.00–$21.25/hr, including a $1.25 freezer differential) plus incentive pay and Day 1 benefits, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• 3 months of warehouse/distribution experience.
• 3 months of Ride-on Electric Pallet Jack experience.
• Ability to work scheduled overtime and lift up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and keep the work area safe; report hazards immediately.
• Review schedule, gather supplies, and perform safety checks on equipment.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location guidelines.
• Move pallets using pallet jack across multi-level racks and locate products per order sheets.
• Transport finished orders to shipping dock; may shrink-wrap pallets for staging.
• Handle end-of-shift duties and complete required paperwork.
