Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with WMS systems (SAP, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including overtime, potentially on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inventory control and warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by monitoring records, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinate daily operational activities and staffing schedules to meet commitments.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to drive performance and success.
• Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to policies and quality standards.
