Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations to lead daily warehouse activities and drive performance improvements. The role requires effective supervision, coaching, and a strong focus on customer service and quality policies.

Ideal candidates will have 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanners, and flexibility for overtime, including weekends. Warehouse/3PL background and ISO/AS9100 exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments
