You will guide teammates, monitor orders, and ensure safety and efficiency under the Warehouse Manager’s direction.

The role emphasizes proactive decision making, collaboration, and adherence to safety procedures in a noisy environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of work experience.
• Experience in an automated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates VPS Vertique Picking and loading software with a high degree of competence.
• Maintain function of machines and troubleshoot powered conveyors.
• Understand package dimensions, descriptions, and SKU numbers.
• Direct work on the floor to ensure efficient operations.
• Participate in regular housekeeping duties within machines and the warehouse.
• Assist in interviewing potential candidates.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
