Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, assist, and direct activities with physical counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies when possible.
• Ensure inventory docs and processes are completed, reviewed, and filed properly.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and communicate findings to management.
• Train and lead inventory personnel for continuous improvements.
• Suggest process improvements to warehouse management and teams.
• Support and motivate a team to meet goals and deadlines.
• Develop teammates through coaching and training.
• Apply continuous improvement while upholding company values.
