Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up the sheeter area and ensure proper cutter is used.
• Maintain continuous product flow and monitor for quality.
• Adjust oven/fryer temperature, dwell settings, and water parameters as needed.
• Record and keep accurate process data and lot codes.
• Assist in sanitation and equipment maintenance as required.
• Adhere to FEFO policy and safety procedures at all times.
