Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field preferred.
• Experience with quality in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Adhere to BRC, GMP, and PPE policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Keep work area clean and organized; sweep, dispose waste, maintain cleanliness.
• Perform basic quality tests on products and record results.
• Assist with quality control inspections and audits as directed by supervisors.
• Read and understand work orders to ensure accurate production tasks.
• Verify equipment settings match setup guides and customer specs.
• Assist with roll changes on the winder as production needs arise.
• Take samples and retain finished products for QA checks.
• Prepare labels and follow packaging instructions for finished goods.
• Monitor material shortage alarms and respond to prevent delays.
• Support resin level management and supplies for continuous operation.
• Aid in start-up procedures and cleaning during production runs.
