Qualifications

• One year of experience in an administrative support or shipping/receiving role at a manufacturing facility or distribution center.
• Ability to read and interpret documents in the local language including safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to perform mathematical functions and interpret quality tools like Pareto charts and flow charts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, filing, and accuracy of shipping documents.
• Prepare shipping documents including out-of-country shipments and maintain orderly files.
• Enter data accurately into BAAN/SAP and assist with plan shipment documents.
