Job summary

EnerSys, a global leader in stored energy solutions, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Operator to coordinate shipping documents and daily production reporting. You will prepare transport documents for international shipments and enter data into BAAN/SAP.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and 1+ year in admin or shipping roles, be able to operate MS Office and MRPs, and obtain or already hold a forklift license. The role is office-based with some lifting and driving responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year in admin/shipping roles.
• Experience with MRP and MS Office.
• Ability to read technical documents and understand safety rules.
• Ability to perform basic math and interpret quality charts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping documents and production reporting.
• Prepare transport documents for out-of-country shipments.
• Enter data accurately into BAAN/SAP.
• Operate a forklift and obtain license if needed.
• Support logistics team as required.
