Job Title: 1st Shift Robot Welder/Operator Job Description

The role requires an individual with strong attention to detail who can read Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and efficiently load parts into fixtures, close clamps, and unload the robot. A basic mechanical aptitude or experience in manufacturing around CNC machines is essential, along with some basic welding skills. Responsibilities include loading and unloading the robot welder, tack welding, and overhead crane operation.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Load parts into fixtures and close clamps.

• Unload the robot welder.

• Perform some tack welding tasks.

• Operate an overhead crane.

• Ensure precision and attention to detail in all tasks.

Essential Skills

• Basic mechanical aptitude.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.63 - $20.13/hr.
