Ferguson is hiring a Warehouse Associate in the Receiving Department for first shift 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday, at our Celina, OH location. You will verify products, package picked items, and operate warehouse equipment with training provided.

This role offers no weekend work, paid training, opportunities for advancement, and a competitive pay with monthly incentive potential; pre-employment background check applies.

Responsibilities

• Package picked product to our specifications to reach our customers intact
• Verify product before shipping to ensure the right product is being shipped
• Operate warehouse equipment such as stand‑up forklifts (training provided) - Additional $1.00/hour for Equipment Operators!
• Pick, stage, and store product accurately and safely
• Use scanners or voice systems to complete orders
• Work as part of a team to meet daily goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow safety procedures and standard operating processes

Schedule

• First Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday–Friday)

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $27.50

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
