Ferguson Enterprises is seeking a 2nd Shift DC General Warehouse Associate - Equipment Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for receiving, registering, and moving goods, with opportunities to work on new equipment in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork, with a starting pay around $23.50/hr and potential to earn up to an additional $5.50/hr based on performance. This is an on-site position on the second shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or experience.
• Warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives inbound shipments and registers them accurately.
• Performs general warehouse duties to facilitate flow of goods.
• Assists site management with Health, Safety and Environmental compliance and documentation.
• Resolves orders not dispatchable by coordinating with other departments.
• Picks and packs goods for dispatch.
• Adheres to HSE policies and procedures.
• Maintains regular attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Hours: 2nd shift: 4p-12:30a + OT as needed

Starting rate: $24.50/hr + ability to earn up to $5.50/hr more based on individual performance!

Job Responsibilities

• Ensures inbound shipments are received and registered accurately.
• Performs general warehouse duties facilitating the flow of goods.
• Assists the site management to align with Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, completing documentation and records as required.
• Resolves orders that cannot be dispatched or on hold by liaising with other departments.
• Picks and packs goods ready for dispatch.
• Adheres to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $34.66

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
