Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a warehouse associate in Portland, OR to safely operate a stand‑up forklift, pull and prepare outbound orders, and use RF devices to sort and scan items. You will receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material while helping keep the facility clean and safe.

The role requires 3–5 years of warehouse experience, a keen attention to detail, and a dependable, proactive mindset. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour, with a pay range and monthly/incentive structures to follow.

Responsibilities

• Keep the workspace clean and safe.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

• Safely operate a stand‑up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Pay Range

$17.17 - $28.72

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
