Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is a leading manufacturer of precast concrete and polymer concrete infrastructure products in North America. The Production Team Member will produce polymer concrete boxes, covers, and vaults by following pre-made mix sheets and clear instructions.

Responsibilities include reading work orders, setting up molds, pouring, curing, demolding, inspecting products, maintaining production records, and keeping a clean work area.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Produce products at 100% of daily production rates.
• Read and interpret work orders and engineering prints.
• Prep and wrap molds, mix, pour, cure, demold, stencil, and inspect product.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Inspect material, products, or equipment for defects.
• Must keep assigned area clean and organized.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
